Shipping Information

We ship nationally throughout South Africa to door or locker with "The Courier Guy".  All items are shipped from our studio in Edenvale, Johannesburg.

We only ship once payment has been confirmed and cleared. Once payment is received, your order will be processed immediately.

  • If the style and colour of your wig are in stock at our Edenvale studio, delivery time is typically 2 – 5 business days.
  • If the style or colour must be ordered from an international supplier, delivery is usually 3 – 4 weeks, depending on stock availability.
  • Please note: occasional manufacturer or shipping delays may extend delivery times, especially for custom or special-order wigs.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take hygiene and product integrity very seriously.

While we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered, you may return a wig within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • It is in its original box and packaging,
  • All tags are intact, and
  • The wig has not been worn, brushed, or modified in any way.

Important: If the style or colour was specifically ordered for you, that wig is considered a special order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost and contact us immediately via:

Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately once payment has been received and verified. Incorrect billing information or shipping to an alternate address may cause verification delays.

Cancellation Policy

Any order cancelled after processing will incur a restocking fee.

We cannot cancel your order if a specific wig style or colour was ordered on your request from one of the international manufacturers.

If an item is on back order, we will notify you of the delay. You may choose to:

  • Wait for the item,
  • Select an alternative style, or
  • Cancel the order before processing.

Shipping FAQ

Q. How do I choose my colour?
A. When checking out, please use the comment box to write your first and second colour choices in case your first option is unavailable.

Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. We charge a flat rate of R160 for all deliveries within South Africa. Please contact us for a shipping rate if you are outside of South Africa.

Q. How will I know when my order ships?
A. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Q. Why don’t you have all wigs in stock?
A. With hundreds of styles and colour combinations available, it’s impossible for any retailer β€” even manufacturers β€” to stock every variation. We do maintain a wide selection of wigs in various colours and styles for customers needing immediate options.

Studio Appointments

Our studio is based in Edenvale, Gauteng, and fittings or consultations are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, 10am – 3pm.

Errors and Omissions

We take every care to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and prices. However, WigBeauty.co.za cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or manufacturer specification changes. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any affected orders.
