We ship nationally all over South Africa.

All items on this website are shipped ex our studio based in Edenvale,  Johannesburg.

We only ship once payment can be confirmed.

Your order will be processed once payment has been received and cleared. Delivery time will vary. If the style and colour of your wig is in stock at our Edenvale studio then the delivery time is between 2 - 5 days.

If the specific style or colour has to be ordered from one of our overseas suppliers then the delivery time is usually around 3 - 4 weeks, depending if your wig and colour choice is a stock item or has to be ordered from the manufacturer. Due to manufacturing delays caused by Covid-19 certain colors and ranges can have an extended waiting time of a few months.


RETURN POLICY

Due to hygenic and sanitation reasons there are no returns on any Wigs.

*If your package arrives damaged you may refuse delivery at no cost to you. Contact us immediately.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed immediately once we receive payment. Please note: Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays as these orders will have to be verified.

CANCELLATION FEE

Any cancellation once an order has been processed will incur restocking fee. 
If there is a back order on an item you have ordered, we will notify you on the delay, and you can decide whether to wait for that particular wig, or whether to order another one.

SHIPPING FAQ

When you have chosen which wigs you want, put them in your basket. When you get to check out you will see a comment box. This is where you must write your color choice. Put a 1st choice and then a 2nd choice in case your 1st choice is not available.

Give us your details including a phone number and the correct email address plus method of payment. Your wig will be ordered directly from the manufacturer and sent to you once payment has been received.

Please read all the notes on the wig beauty site so you will know how to look after your wig.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?

R. Due to health and cleanliness reasons we do not accept returns on any items. We only sell brand new wigs that have been specifically ordered for you and therefore we cannot accept returns. We will try and assist you by phone or e-mail to make sure you buy a wig that will make you happy.

Q. What is the cost of shipping?

R. Shipping is simple and straightforward. We have a flat rate shipping policy within South Africa of R 150.00.

Q. Why don’t you have all the wigs in stock?

R. We have a few hundred wigs in stock but please understand that with all the wigs that are available there is no wig company that carries all the different manufacturers colors and styles. There would be hundreds of thousands of different types Even the manufacturers do not keep every style and colour in stock.

We do keep a good range of a few hundred wigs for customers in various styles and colours and can assist if you require one urgently.

Our studio is in Edenvale,JHB, Gauteng, and fittings or consultations are by appointments.  Appointments are Tuesdays thru to Saturdays between 10am - 3pm. Please send an email to sigal@wigbeauty.co.za to make an appointment.
